Real Relax Favor 06 Massage Chair Review: Worth Your Money?
Do you want a massage chair that feels like a spa at home? The Real Relax Favor 06 might be your answer. This chair packs zero gravity positioning, full body Shiatsu massage, and heat therapy into one sleek design.
Its 3D SL Track follows your spine from neck to glutes. This gives you a deep and smooth massage every time. The chair also uses body scan technology to fit your unique shape.
You can relax with Bluetooth music while your feet rest on the built in rollers. Five intensity levels and three roller widths let you customize each session.
In this review, we break down every feature. You will learn what makes this chair stand out. We also share a few things to consider before you buy.
In a Nutshell
Here’s what makes this chair stand out at a glance:
-
Zero gravity recline lifts your legs to heart level. This position eases spine pressure and boosts blood flow.
-
Body scan technology reads your shape before each session. It adjusts the massage path to fit your back and shoulders.
-
Heat therapy warms your lower back during use. This helps loosen tight muscles before the rollers start working.
-
You get three roller width levels and five intensity levels. This means you can tune the massage from light to deep.
-
A phone holder with a control knob sits within easy reach. You can change settings without lifting your head.
-
Keep in mind this chair needs decent clearance space around it. At 152 lbs and over 4 feet tall when reclined, it needs a dedicated spot.
-
Some users note noise during longer sessions. It is worth testing sound levels before daily use.
Design and Build Quality
The Real Relax Favor 06 builds its frame from durable materials that withstand daily use. The chair measures 57.5 inches deep, 28.5 inches wide, and 42.5 inches tall when fully reclined. This size matters because you need proper clearance space around the chair for it to function safely and comfortably.
The seat uses faux leather upholstery throughout. Faux leather resists spills and stains better than fabric, making cleanup simple. You just wipe the surface with a damp cloth. The material feels smooth and stays cool against your skin during warm months.
At 152 pounds, the chair weighs enough to feel stable but light enough that two people can move it if needed. The base sits firmly on the floor and won’t tip during zero gravity recline or massage sessions.
The 3D SL Track forms the backbone of this chair’s structure. This track system runs from your neck down to your glutes, following your spine’s natural curve. The track mechanism allows the massage heads to move in multiple directions, not just up and down. This three dimensional motion creates a more authentic massage experience than simpler one direction systems.
The chair features three separate roller width settings. This lets you adjust the massage heads to match your body size. Whether you have a narrow or wider frame, the rollers can customize their spacing for better contact.
The control knob and phone holder mount conveniently on the armrest. You can adjust settings without standing up or searching for a remote. The Bluetooth connection lets you play music while you relax, adding to the spa like atmosphere.
The overall construction feels solid and well engineered. Each component works together smoothly during operation. The chair reclines fully and returns upright without hesitation. The materials chosen for the Favor 06 suggest this chair can handle regular use over many years without breaking down.

Massage Technology and Performance
The Real Relax Favor 06 uses advanced massage technology to deliver a full body experience. The 3D SL Track system moves in three dimensions as it glides along your spine. This track covers the entire length from your neck down to your glutes, ensuring no area gets missed.
The chair performs a body scan before each session. This smart feature reads your body shape and adjusts the massage accordingly. Each person gets a customized massage based on their unique frame.
Shiatsu massage forms the core of this chair’s performance. The rolling motions mimic traditional hand massage techniques that professionals use. You control the experience through five intensity levels. Start gentle and work your way up as your muscles relax.
The roller width adjusts to three different settings. This means the massage adapts to your shoulder width and body size. Wider shoulders need broader roller coverage. Narrower frames benefit from tighter, more focused pressure.
Heat therapy activates in the lower back region. This warming function pairs perfectly with the massage motions. Many users find the combination helps tight muscles release tension faster.
The foot rollers provide additional massage action. Your feet rest on these rollers while the chair massages your upper body. This keeps your entire lower half engaged during sessions.
Bluetooth connectivity adds convenience to your massage time. Stream your favorite music or podcasts through the chair’s speakers. The phone holder with control knob sits right on the armrest for easy access. You never need to reach far to adjust settings or answer calls.
The zero gravity position lifts your legs to heart level. This recline angle reduces pressure on your lower back and joints. Your body feels lighter and more supported in this position.
Operation does produce some sound during sessions. Longer massage routines tend to create more noticeable noise. Consider this if you plan to use the chair in shared spaces or quiet rooms.
The combination of these technologies creates a comprehensive massage experience. You get professional quality performance without leaving home.
Comfort and Positioning Features
The Real Relax Favor 06 excels at helping you find your perfect relaxation position. The chair offers zero gravity positioning that reclines fully to lift your legs to heart level. This setup reduces pressure on your spine and improves blood flow during your massage session.
The 3D SL Track runs from your neck all the way down to your glutes. This track moves in three dimensions to follow your body’s natural contours. The massage rollers adjust to three different width settings so the chair fits your frame properly. You can choose between five intensity levels to match your comfort preferences.
Your body matters to this chair. The body scan technology reads your shape before each session starts. This feature helps the chair customize its massage pattern to match your unique body structure. The result is a more personalized experience every time you sit down.
The positioning options give you flexibility for different needs. You can recline partially for a light session or go fully horizontal for deep relaxation. The armrest holds a convenient control knob and phone holder so you can adjust settings without moving. Heat therapy warms your lower back during use, which many users find soothing.
The foot rollers add another dimension to your positioning comfort. They massage your feet while you recline, creating a complete lower body experience. Bluetooth connectivity lets you play music while you relax. The sound quality pairs well with the massage rhythm.
The chair measures 57.5 inches deep, 28.5 inches wide, and 42.5 inches tall when fully reclined. You’ll need adequate space around the chair for it to open completely. The faux leather upholstery feels smooth against your skin and cleans easily.
The combination of positioning options and massage technology creates a comprehensive relaxation experience. Whether you need gentle support or deep therapeutic massage, the Favor 06 adapts to your needs. The chair remembers your preferences and applies them to future sessions automatically.

Smart Features and Controls
The Real Relax Favor 06 puts control directly in your hands through intuitive smart features. The Bluetooth connectivity lets you pair your smartphone to the chair wirelessly. You can start, stop, and adjust your massage session from your phone without leaving the seat.
The armrest hosts a convenient phone holder and control knob. This dual setup means you have options. Use the physical knob for quick adjustments, or grab your phone for deeper menu navigation. The placement keeps everything within arm’s reach.
Body scan technology runs automatically before each session begins. The chair analyzes your body shape and size to customize the massage experience. This smart feature ensures the rollers target the right areas for your unique frame. You don’t need to input measurements or preferences manually.
The control system offers three roller width levels. This matters because different body types benefit from different spacing. Wider settings work for larger frames, while narrower settings suit smaller builds. You can switch between them easily through the controls.
Intensity adjustment gives you five different power levels to choose from. Start gentle if you’re new to massage chairs, then increase intensity as you get comfortable. Each session can feel different based on your mood and muscle tension.
The 3D motion control lets you direct where the massage focuses. You can concentrate on your neck, mid back, or lower back regions. The chair responds to your input rather than forcing a fixed pattern.
Zero gravity positioning works seamlessly with the smart controls. Once activated, the chair automatically reclines to the optimal angle. Your legs lift to heart level while your spine aligns perfectly. The controls make reaching this position effortless.
Heat therapy integrates into the control system as well. Toggle warmth on or off independently from the massage function. The lower back receives focused heat when activated.
All these features work together through one unified interface. The Real Relax Favor 06 removes complexity from relaxation. You get powerful technology that stays simple to use. Whether you’re tech savvy or prefer basic buttons, this chair adapts to your style.
Space Requirements and Maintenance
The Real Relax Favor 06 needs proper space to function at its best. When fully reclined, the chair extends to 57.5 inches deep. You’ll want at least 6 feet of clearance in front of the chair for comfortable operation.
The width measures 28.5 inches, so ensure your placement allows people to sit down comfortably. The chair weighs 152 pounds, which means you should place it on a stable, level floor. Avoid carpets that compress easily, as they can affect the chair’s stability during massage sessions.
Regarding maintenance, the faux leather exterior requires simple care. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth after each use. This removes sweat and dust that accumulate during massage sessions. Allow the material to air dry completely before using the chair again.
The internal components need minimal attention from you. The 3D SL Track system operates smoothly without regular lubrication. Check all connections and cables monthly to ensure nothing has loosened. Keep the remote control and phone holder clean and dry.
Heat therapy elements should be inspected occasionally. Make sure no debris blocks the heating areas in the lower back region. Clean around the foot roller sections gently to prevent dust buildup.
Storage considerations matter for long term use. If you need to move the chair, use a dolly or furniture slider. Never drag it across floors, as this can damage the base and internal mechanisms.
The Bluetooth connectivity system requires occasional software updates. Check the manufacturer’s website or app for any available updates. These updates improve performance and add new features over time.
Keep the control knob and armrest phone holder free from moisture. These electronic components function best in dry conditions. Store the remote in a safe location away from children and pets.
The chair operates with some noise during sessions, so consider your room environment. Placing it away from bedrooms helps minimize sound disturbance. Regular maintenance keeps operational noise at consistent levels and prevents unexpected malfunctions.
